It’s time to turn your attention to the overlook but healthier vegetables in your refrigerators. All those green vegetables can be turned into very good and tasty salads that you can enjoy and won’t run away from the delicious salads. Here are 2 recipes of tasty salads, that you won’t get tired of eating every day
Celery Serving of mixed greens
Take a medium-size bowl, add one tablespoon of white vinegar, one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, half tsp of legitimate salt, meagerly cut 4 stems of celery
Add all of these in the bowl, add toasted and chopped walnuts or you can also use pecans as you like, put 2 tbsp. golden raisin, mix well and you are all set to serve it, add some olive oil on top, and you can also add ricotta Salata or Pecorino Romano on the top.
A bowl of Carrot salad
Take a medium-size bowl, add 1 tbsp. of lemon juice in it, also add a tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp. honey, half tbsp. legitimate salt. Then cut one pack of carrots.
Add all this into the bowl and mix well, add two well-slashed dates, and ¼ tsp sumac. The perfect carrot salad is ready to serve. You can add a little olive oil on the top while serving, or you can also add sumac or crumble feta for more flavor according to your liking,
